fix: add vertical scroll for bot design columns

- Add fixed height to match container height (calc(100vh - 68px))
- Enable vertical scrolling with overflowY: auto
- Prevent bottom elements from being hidden by dropdowns
- Maintain consistent layout while preserving all content visibility

Issue: Bottom elements in bot design columns were not visible due to dropdown menus
Solution: Implement vertical scrolling while maintaining fixed height
